Not only do we care about the health and welfare of our patients, but we care about all the animals in our local community

At Twickenham Veterinary Surgery we are proud to support many local animal charities.

These charities are run entirely by volunteers, the majority of whom also have full time jobs. They do an incredible job of promoting animal welfare and looking after the waifs and strays of Twickenham and beyond.

All these charities have a ‘no-kill’ policy, which means that they will do everything possible to treat the animals in their care and will never euthanise a healthy animal. They rely entirely on donations from the public to keep running.

The surgery offers its services at a heavily reduced rate to the charities, as well as participating in fund-raising events, helping to foster animals and accepting and passing on unwanted food and pet products from our clients for use by the charities.

We have a notice board in reception dedicated to these worthwhile causes, which has a lot of information. When passing by, why not call in and browse?

Each one of these charities is a worthy cause. Please visit their websites or give them a call for more information or to find out how to make a donation.
